DESPATCH AND DELIVERY POLICY

SHIPPING COSTS

Please note all prices on this website are in ‘AUD’ unless stated otherwise.

*Shipping prices vary depending on the delivery address of orders and the 'bulk' of each item, and as such shipping / freight is NOT calculated at the checkout due to your delivery address, and the unique size, weight and fragility of each item. You will be notified via email/SMS with a calculated shipping cost which will need to be paid over the phone prior to dispatch.

Orders are processed Monday – Friday*  from 7am – 3:30pm AEST (Sydney Time). ‘Same Day Delivery’ orders placed before 11am will be processed and delivered the same business day. Orders that miss this cut off will be processed the next Business Day. ie, Order after 11am Friday, your order will be processed Monday*. ‘Same Day Delivery’ orders will be despatched after 12pm.

In most cases once your order has been processed we will need to contact you before it can be shipped. as shipping / freight is NOT calculated at the checkout due to your delivery address, and the unique size, weight and fragility of each item. You will be notified via email/SMS with a calculated shipping cost which will need to be paid over the phone prior to dispatch.To ensure there is no delay with your shipping please respond to any phone or email requests ASAP.

*Excluding public holidays as some courier companies do not operate. Due to this we are not able to Dispatch orders on these days.” Once your order has been placed online, please allow 1 business day for it to be processed and shipped. 

Australian orders can take 1-10 working days from the date of payment to be received. We have different shipping options that you can choose from when you’re in the checkout so you can decide how quickly you want your goods! Please account extra days for public holidays as couriers and postal services do not operate on public holidays

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dael@africanologie.com.au

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO BOX 4057 North Curl Curl NSW 2099

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
